The Plan
Liverpool Capital of Culture 2008
University Students

We use "The LiverBirds" as "Live Liverpool icons" that travel to former "Capital of Culture Cities" as "Culture Ambassadors" Their mission to take Liverpool around Europe to edify Liverpool in 2008. Taking all that is good from the city and going as tourists they are commissioned to visit each city. They are given "Bird Passports" and sent by the students to forma EU capital of culture cities. Their caring mission is not only to visit the culture tourist spots but they give a culture invitation to join in a "School Children's Song 4 Europe" project. The birds have with them DVDs / CD ROMs of "How to Engage" in song for Europe.

The birds will be V.I.Ps and arrangements for "Liverbirds" will be made from the destination cities university students. "All events to be filmed along the way". The next day they have arranged for them to visit the "City or Town Hall" to meet the mayor with the media TV & Radio. They then speak out their "Cultural Mission". They Speak:- We are Tweaky & Beaky we are the "Caring Culture Birds" from Liverpool (Little Song and Dance Football in hand) we are here to bring you a "Culture" caring project Schoolchildren's Song for the Europe. But first we want to visit you city "Lets Go". "Just a minute" we've lost our wallet and money and we need to see as many of the tourist spots as we can, but we only have (36 hours) to complete our visit. We need Sponsors for each step of the way;

Auditions for the "Liverbirds" will take place. There will be 10 pairs of bird selected to fly out to Europe in Oct 2008.
